KAKCHING, Feb 10 : Chief Minister N Biren inaugurated the emergency and trauma care unit of Jeevan Hospital Kakching, three Advanced Life Saving Ambulance (ALS) and the auditorium of the hospital yesterday.
Speaking on the occasion, CM said that the people of Kakching district are hard working, disciplined and sincere which are important aspects needed to develop a society.
Maintaining that Dr Ashok Kumar must have dedicated so much to built the hospital, CM said that the Government has come up with StartUp policy to assist hard working people of the State.
In view of the amount of dedication towards rendering treatment to the people, the CM assured maximum aid when it comes to medical facilities.
Meanwhile, local MLA Surchandra, sought attention of the Chief Minister and expressed the desire to built a private medical college in Kakching and to make Kakching aerodrome as the 2nd airport of Manipur.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by CM N Biren as the chief guest, CAF&PD Minister Karam Shyam, MANIDCO and MANITRON chairman Dr Radheshyam Yumnam, Kakching AC MLA Y Surchandra as dignitaries among others.
