RPF conveys gratitude

IMPHAL, Apr 13: The proscribed RPF has conveyed gratitude to all the people, clubs, associations, institutions, offices, schools and colleges who paid rich tributes to the ‘martyrs’ at their memorial tombs located at Cheiraoching and other places today.
A press release issued by the outfit’s Publicity Secretary Roben Khuman further conveyed gratitude to electronics media, transport organisations, doctors, nurses, paramedical staff and Manipur Police personnel who helped in successful commemoration of the ‘Martyrs Day’ without any untoward incident.
The commemorative function was also held at the outfit’s central headquarters, council headquarters, PLA’s general headquarters, tactical command, strategic command, 242 mobile battalion, other units, depart- ments, stations and area’s covered by the party’s central bureau, SR-1, SR-2, SR-3 and SR-4.
The selfless sacrifices made by the ‘martyrs’ have laid a strong foundation to carry on the liberation movement and every one ought to respect their spirit and sacrifice, it asserted.
It further conveyed gratitude to all those people who took key roles in observing the ‘Martyrs Day’.
