IMPHAL, Dec 19 : Taking grave note of the situation in Manipur, the Naga Students’ Federation today resolved to impose a total blockade on all Manipur bound vehicles in the Naga inhabited areas till the Government of Manipur assures the safety and security of Nagas in Manipur.

IMPHAL, Jul 22 : Naga Students’ Federation has informed all the Federating Units, subordinate bodies and seniors that an emergency meeting will be held on July 25 at NSF conference hall at 11 am. The agenda will be the threat and legal notice served to the president of the Pochury Students’ Union by the Assam Rifles.
The federation invited the Naga Hoho, Naga Mothers’ Association, NPMHR and other frontal organisations to take part of the meeting.

IMPHAL, Jun 29 : The Naga Students’ Federation has appealed to all the educational institutions and other establishments in Naga inhabited areas to remain closed on July1 as a mark of love and respect for the late Naga leader Isak Chishi Swu, Yaruiwo (Chairman), NSCN-IM.
The federation, in a statement, urged its units and subordinate bodies to spread the information and monitor their respective jurisdiction.

IMPHAL, Jun 2: Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has clarified that it never supported the three Bills passed by the Manipur Legislative Assembly at NESO meeting held at Guwahati on May 17.

The 3rd Federal Assembly of the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) for the tenure 2015-2017 will be held on April 7, 2016 at Rasha Hall, Purul village, Senapati.

IMPHAL, Feb 29 : Following the decision of the State Government to revoke the suspension order of the five policemen, the Naga Students’ Federation has notified that an emergency presidential council meeting will be held on March 3 at Hotel Japfu at 12 noon.

IMPHAL, Feb 27: Terming the act of suspension of five police personnel who were conducting normal frisking exercise due to pressure from the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) as a ‘sellout of Mani-pur,’ the Students’ Wing of the Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) has demanded clarification from the State Govt in this regard within two days.

NSF calls off stir, 5 cops placed under suspension

DIMAPUR/IMPHAL, Feb 26 : The Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) has called off its ban on “Meitei/Manipuri owned vehicles” from Naga inhabited areas with immediate effect. Addressing the press in Dimapur this evening, NSF leaders said they have decided to call off the agitation following the fulfilment of their demands by the Manipur Government.
