TET forms

IMPHAL, Sep 14: The Kuki Students’ Organisation (Gen hqtrs) and Zeliangrong Students’ Union, Manipur have today urged the authority concerned to issue TET forms in all district headquarters and open exam centre for the same at all district headquarters of the State.

The KSO today submitted a memorandum to the Education Minister urging immediate intervention to alleviate the hardships faced by aspiring candidates in getting TET forms and to make arrangement for exam centres at all district headquarters.

The memorandum signed by KSO VP, Mangcha Baite also urged the minister for the extension of last date for submission of forms and deferment of the date of examination as the date collides with an exam to be conducted by SSC.

Meanwhile, demanding that TET form be issued from all district headquarters, the Zeliangrong Students’ Union Manipur has expressed strong dissatisfaction with the attitude of the State Government and concerned department for failing to open TET examination centres at district headquarters despite their assurance last year.

“Instead of opening TET exam centres at all district headquarters, application forms for the same exam are issued only at one centre in Imphal,” lamented ZSUM in a statement signed by its chairman, D Stephen Zeme.

It said that the issuance of forms at only one centre in Imphal has caused a lot of inconveniences for aspiring candidates from other districts of the State as they have to spend three-four days in collecting the form.

Demanding that the concerned department issue TET form in all the districts immediately as was done in the past and conduct the exam at all district headquarters, ZSUM has warned of launching democratic form of agitation in case their demand is not realised.

BOSEM

We donot know Kuki, Zeliangrong etc etc. All we know is Manipur is Imphal, and Imphal is Manipur. Pls welcome to Imphal, and die in bomb blasts. Lets join hands to decrease our population. Joi joi!

Thohe Pou

Can we find more funny and immature Govt.like Manipur? Do they have no time to send the forms to the Hill districts? Why so in hurry? Why the forms were issued only for 4hrs and 30 mins.? Forget about the hill people coming to get the form, even the valley people won't get enough time to get the form that limited time. If the Govt.is not listening to hill people demand, Govt.should face the consequences. Kudos to KSO,SDSA, ZSU and others unions fighting for justice.

@BSEM

There is no government records in the list of the tribes call Kuki, Naga or Zeliangrong in Manipur.Imphal is the best central location 4 all.Think about the Candidates of Senapati near Bishenpur,Phunal Maring.Only candidates confident/deserving of selection can apply by enduring the journey 4 Imphal. In-illegible & not fulfilling the RR candidate may raise the issue of last date.We Meitei went upto Tuensang, Phek and Mon 4 AR recruitment & got recruited.Abandon your habit of blaming others.

UNC

Dear Naga brothers, why u so impatient? Another TET will be held like tribal university at Makhan after we get alternative arrangement outside manipur. We have severe tie with GoM,don't accept any job or join any job recruitment rally of GoM. Also third class mark sheets of your also be put in the dust bin.Just join our struggle 4 alternative arrangement;we will give u NCS,NPS and teacher post even u pass in third class.Wait till date with patience.

Azad Khan

TET form distributing centres should be distributed to other places. But centres of TET EXAM should be held only at Imphal, as MASS COPYING is widely accepted in hilly areas and the people there threat the exam conducters. It is a fact. No argument. Think yourself deeply...

Kadi Pamson

Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) Issuing of Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) forms only in the capital of Manipur is the challenge to the people of Hill District. We are to note that last TET was conducted only in Imphal while Form issue and submission is at their respective district. How many organization strike for justification,? Flash it back,,,,,, Considering Manipur as only for Imphal Valley, Who is the negative injected of this separation mind set up?

mang Zou

ITS GOOD TO HEAR DIFFERENT COMMENT AND OPINION. I WOULD TO SUGGEST THAT, TET FORMS SHOULD MADE AVAILABLE TO ALL EASILY AND ALSO IF TET FORM CAN ALSO BE DOWLAODED. REGARDING EXAM CETRE ITS OK WITH IT.

Mao

Nobody can understand the Manipur (Meitie) Govt. Policies only they and the devils "cos their thoughts are all filled with the devilish thoughts". They (meities) ill treat the Hilly people in this manner at the same time when we ask them to separate from them, they dont........i therefore urge each of you to analyse critically your thoughts and minds what policy they are enforcing to the Hilly people "is it their policy handling is from God or from the devil?
