5 State cyclists named for Asian Track Cycling C'ship

IMPHAL, Oct 15 : 3 Senior and 2 junior cyclists from Manipur has been named in the 36 member Indian Cycling team who will take part in the 40th Senior and 27th Junior Asian Track Cycling Championship scheduled to be held from October 17 to 21 at Seoul, Korea.
Keithelakpam James Singh was named in the senior men's elite squad while Elangbam Chaoba and Irungbam Matouleibi Devi were named in the 5 member senior women's elite squad. Manipur's Laitonjam Ronaldo Singh and Y Rojit were the cyclists named in the men's junior squad besides Irungbam Goutamani Devi accompanying the team as a coach.
