Orientation programme for the ensuing NCPCR bench held

Chandel, Oct 17: An orientation meeting of all the staffs, volunteers and NGOs by the NCPCR team for the ensuing sitting of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights Bench on October 18 in  Chandel District was held at the Multipurpose hall, DC  complex  Chandel today.
Paresh Shah, Technical expert, NorthEast cell, NCPCR; Rajesh Kanosia, Admin Assistance NCPCR; Sukanya Sen, Consultant, Child Health, NCPCR and Brajesh Kumar, NCPCR attended the orientation meeting as the resource persons.
Deputy Commissioner Chandel, Krishna Kumar; Additional DC, Dr A Chinglenkhomba Meitei and all the DLOs were also present in the orientation programme.
Speaking at the opening of the programme, DC Chandel, Krishna Kumar stressed on the importance of the orientation programmes and said that tomorrow’s function is also very important.
It may be mentioned that besides the NCPCR Bench, three more important programmes i.e. Assessment of Implementation of Women Development Schemes of Niti Ayog in Aspirational District Chandel, Disability assessment camp by medical board and Plastic Free Campaign under the 'Swachta Hi Seva' jointly organised by CEO/ADC, Chandel and ZEO/Chandel will be organised simultaneously at the Mini Secretariat, Chandel.
