IMPHAL, Oct 18: The All Manipur Working Journalists Union has stated that for the journalists of the State, Ningol Chakkouba will be held on October 30. As per GAD Manipur holiday list, October 30 is Ningol Chakkouba and a general holiday, it said in a statement today.
