U-17 Karate-Do team leave Imphal

IMPHAL, Nov 26 : State U-17 Karate-Do teams have left Imphal for the 65th National School Games Karate Do Competition to be held in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh from December 1 to 5.
The names of the athletes who will be representing Manipur at the event organised under the supervision of School Games Federation of India are as follows.
Boys : Kh Rustum (35 kg), Kh Rustum (40 kg), Ph Nelson (45 kg), S James Singh (50 kg), Th Suraj Singh (54 kg), K Surchandra Lamkang (58 kg), E Ibungo Singh (62 kg), H Jemson Singh (68 kg), S Thoinao Singh (74 kg) and R Pravinkumar Raddier (+82 kg).
Girls : R Ambika Raddier (40 kg), N Nyrtidixion (-44 kg), Ch Priyanka Devi (-44 kg), Sh Sumita Devi (-52 kg) and S Chanchanna Devi (-52 kg).
The teams are being led by N Somobala Devi, PET, Thoubal as team manager and N Arjun Singh, PET, Tamenglong as team coach.
