SEYO hammer MLHU 12-1 at Sr Men Hockey C'ship

IMPHAL, Nov 27 : SEYO, Singjamei ran riot to rip apart MLHU, Langthabal and notch up a huge 12-1 win in a Group A encounter of the 7th State Level Senior Men Hockey Championship 2019 being organised by Manipur Hockey at Khuman Lampak Hockey Stadium.
G Dingku led SEYO at the front and top-scored with 6 goals in this 12-1 demolition of MLHU. Dingku started the demolition job early on opening up the account early in the 4th minute before adding his and team's second two minutes latter. Ksh Hemlet joined the party scoring two interrupted goals in the 8th and the 10th minute before Dingku scored his third in the 14th minute and made it 5-0 in the first quarter.
SEYO continued the onslaught with Dingku scoring twice (17', 19') and Ksh Hemlet (20') adding a single in the second period before N Herojit (31') and I Stelin (35') chipped in a goal apiece to make it 10-0 at the end of third quarter. H Ahenta Sharma scored SEYO's eleventh goal in the 50th minute as MLHU were never seen in contest while Dingku completed his haul of 6 goals two minutes latter. The consolation goal of MLHU was scored by K Sanjin in the 53rd minute of the match.
