XI Star hold City FC in Moirang 1st Divn League

IMPHAL, Nov 5 : XI Star and City FC played out a 1-1 draw in a Group A match in the ongoing 1st L Kerani Memorial 1st Division Football League organised by District Football Association Moirang at Moirang Multipurpose Ground.
City FC dominated earlier proceedings and led the first half with P Roman opening up the account in the 14th minute. The game almost looked to end in City FC's favour however Lugaithou of XI Star came to his team's rescue in the 68th minute.
The scoreline remained unchanged till the final whistle forcing both the teams to share the spoils.
The day also saw Moirang United get a walk over as GMC did not turn up in time.
