2nd Divn Football League: IFC play out 1-1 draw with YUC

IMPHAL, Nov 7: IFC Lamphel held YUC Irom Meijarao to 1-1 draw in today's league match  of the ongoing 9th K Karnajit Memorial Second Division Football League Tournament organised by Imphal West District Football Association.
The match witnessed IFC, which are at the bottom of the table with just 1 win in four matches, scoring the opening goal in the 20th minute through Gonshinrei.
Though YUC's forwards made many attempt to equalise the score, the first half ended in favour of the Lamphel side with 1 goal lead.
After a series of attempts in the second half too, Sanamacha  netted the equaliser for YUC in the 75th minute.
With 4 wins and 1 draw in 5 matches in their name, YUC now shared the top position of the table with SFC Tera with 13 points each.
It may be mentioned that YUC have one more match to play while SFC have played all their league matches.
SYPA Sekmai will play SDC Samurou tomorrow.
