KYSCKL edge past KYVO 3-2 in Bpr U-15 boys football league

IMPHAL, Nov 9: KYSCKL, Kha-Jiri beat KYVO, Kwasiphai 3-2 in an exciting group-A contest of the ongoing 5th A Iboton Memorial U-15 Boys Football League-2019 played at Mini Stadium Bishnupur, today.
W Akash went on to become the hero of the match as he scored twice to help KYSCKL enjoy a 3-2 win over the Kwasiphai side. The game started with a bang as W Akash set the pace of the game scoring the opener in the 5th minute of the match. KYVO responded quickly on the same note and drew level in the 17th minute with the help of N Edition but the Kha Jiri side were in no mood to give up the fight and it was in the 26th minute that S Sadananda sent KYSCKL ahead with a well taken shot. After leading the game 2-1 in the first half, KYSCKL enjoyed a two goal cushion with W Akash scoring yet again in the 50th minute. KYVO fought back and pulled one more goal through L Surjakanta (54') but failed their effort to cut the gap failed to yield result, handing KYSCKL a 3-2 win.
KYVO will play UYDC, Upokpi on November 11 fixture.
