State athletes win 3 medals at 21st Asian Masters Athletic C'ship

IMPHAL, Dec 3 : Three masters athletes from Manipur have respectively won a gold, silver and bronze medal for India at the 21st Asian Masters Athletic Championship being held at Kuching, Malaysia since December 2.
S Suneeta (-75 years) was able to bag the gold medal in the tripple jump event by registering the best leap of 4.89 m while S Kunjakishor Singh (-65 years) clinched the silver medal in the  shot put event with a best throw of 11.26 m. Bagging the bronze medal was H Indubala Devi (-55 years) who recorded  a 26.15 m throw.
