JPT, NYVA emerge victorious in Y Kesho Memorial Volleyball tourney

Jiribam, May 13: JPT overwhelmed KYALC in straight sets while NYVA edged past YCGC by 3-2 sets in today's quarter final league matches of the ongoing 9th Y Kesho Memorial Volleyball Tournament organised by All Jiribam Sports Association (AJSA) under the aegis of All Manipur Volleyball Association (AMVA) at Jiribam Higher Secondary School playground.
It was an easy walk for JPT as they cruised to a 25-19,25-22,25-11 win against KYALC while NYVA survived late scare to hold off YCGC by 3-2 sets (25-22,25-21,22-25,16-25,25-09) in the second match.
