Catholic teachers refute

IMPHAL, May 16: Teaching and non-teaching staff of Catholic School Canchipur held a meeting today and rejected the allegation of KCP-MC that the school Principal appeared to have molested three girl students of the school as false.
“As far as our knowledge is concerned, the school has received no complaints of any molestation charge so far”, said a press release issued by the teaching and non-teaching staff of Catholic School, Canchipur.
As for the school admission policy, each school under Catholic Education Society is independent to take their own decisions and there is no question of the school handling the admission process of any other school, it said.
If the allegation (of molestation) is true, let there be a proper procedure for establishment of justice, it added.
