Jap delegates offer nursing jobs

A Japanese delegation called on Governor  Dr Najma Heptulla at the Raj Bhavan  today and discussed about providing nursing jobs to State youth in Japan.
The delegation comprised Nikhil Singh, Dean, New Delhi Institute of Management, Chief Executive Officer, Interna- tional Skills Centre, India, Yasunori Yahata and Ms Noriko Nasukawa, Director, Nihongo Center, Knowledge Partner, International Skills Centre, India.
According to the Japanese delegates, they are currently mobilizing youth of Manipur on opportunities of employment in the Nursing care sector in Japan by conducting seminars at various nursing school and colleges. 
Those recruited will undergo training in Japanese language and culture. So far, they have visited GNM School and Tunnu Nursing School both in Churachandpur, RDO, Nursing College (Lamphel) and Shija Hospital & Research Institute.
Principal Secretary (Health & FW), Vumlunmang Vualnam and Director (Health Services) Dr K Rajo were also present at the meeting.
