Football Lovers beat Wangoi FC 2-1 in L Nongthon Memorial Soccer tourney

IMPHAL, May 17 : Football Lovers edged past Wangoi FC by 2-1 goals today in the ongoing 4th Lambamayum Nongthon Singh Memorial Soccer Tournament organised by NGL, Nongpok Lourembam at its playground.
Y James and Sh Michael scored respectively in the 21st and the 34th minute to earn Football Lovers a 2-1 win while the only goal of Wangoi FC was netted by Th Bipin during the additional time (25+1) of the first half.
