INC candidate complains

IMPHAL, May 17: Congress candidate in Inner Manipur PC Oinam Nabakishore has lodged a complaint with all relevant authorities saying that Presiding Officers concerned did not say anything when rampant proxy voting was done at five polling stations.
Acting on the complaint, Inner Manipur PC RO Naorem Praveen has instructed the Imphal East DEO to carry out an enquiry and submit a report by May 19.
In his complaint, Oinam Nabakishore alleged that there was rampant proxy voting at 5/24 polling station of Thongju AC, 6/6 polling station of Keirao AC, 7/39, 7/40 and 7/17 polling stations of Andro AC.
