Stage set for quarter finals of 8th ESO Football tourney

IMPHAL, May 18 : The quarter final line up of the 8th ESO Football Tournament 2019 organized by Education Social Organization (ESO) Club Bamdiar Makha Leikai at its ground completed today with A2 Patsoi and FC Achanbigei beating their respective rivals in the last pre-quarter final matches.
A2 Patsoi sealed the quarter final berth with a convincing 7-0 win against IBSA-A with goals coming from Suresh (1', 40', 47'), Chaoba (24') and Ajo (29', 30', 49').
FC Achanbigei on the other hand, rode on double by Roesendro (15', 52') and singles by Rojen (47') and Michael (44') to see off IBSA-B, Yumnam Leikai.
RFC, Khamnam Leirak will meet Thoiba FC (Thiyam Leishangkhong) in the first quarter final match of the tournament tomorrow at 2 pm while ESO-A, Bamdiar will take on ECHL in the second quarter final match latter at 3.30 pm.
