Trial selection for Chandel and Tengnoupal dists from July 21

IMPHAL, Jul 5 : District Youth Affairs and Sports Officer, Chandel will be organising trial selection for various sports discipline and age groups for the two districts, Chandel and Tengnoupal from July 21 to 27 in connection with the State Level Inter School Games to be held in August this year.
The disciplines and the age groups for which the trials are to conducted are Badminton (U-14, U-17 boys and girls); Hockey (U-14, U-17 boys and girls); Football (U-17 boys and girls); Taekwondo (U-14, U-17 boys and girls); Boxing (U-14 Boys and U-17 boys and girls); Athletics (U-14, U-17 boys and girls) and Kabaddi (U-17 Boys and Girls).
A press release issued by District Youth Affairs and Sports Officer, Chandel also informed all intending school going players within Chandel and Tengnoupal districts to collect eligibility forms and further details from District Youth Affairs and Sports Office, Chandel on all working days from July 4 to 20.
Filled forms should be submitted till July 20 along with Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate issued by competent authority to the District Youth Affairs and Sports Officer, Chandel, the release continued.
