Foundation day observed

IMPHAL, Aug 17 : The 3rd foundation day of Palem Panthou Cultural Trust (PPCT), Langjing Achouba was observed on August 14 at Langjing Achouba Mamang Leikai Community Hall under the theme "Reflection". During the event, three blind school students were conferred with Elam Vhumenjit Meritorious Award. Five students of the locality were also given meritorious award. Gifts were also given to senior citizens and several poems were also recited by well know writers. Dr Salam Shantibal also read a paper on  "Women and Stage". A dance drama titled "Nura Pakhang Seitharol" was also presented by the artistes of Nongin Artist Association, Kongba Nandeibam Leikai. RK Rameshwor, managing director, RK Fortune Developers Private Ltd, Swarankumar, org secretary, Sanskar Bharati Manipur Prant and Buddha Chingtham, chairman, PPCT attended event.
