Online and offline application for admission into six months certificate course on Human Rights & Duties Education for the academic session 2019-20, conveyed a notification issued by Registrar (i/c), MU. It stated that application forms can filled online at the MU website (www.admission.manipuruniv.ac.in).
Candidates can download the application form from the said website for offine submission, it informed while adding that the university counter will not issue a hard copy of the application form and prospectus.
For offline submission, the filled in application forms should be submitted to the  department concerned, it added.
The payment for submission of the form through online and offline is Rs 100.
Application fee can be paid either as bank draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, MU payable at the SBI, MU campus branch (code no 5320) or any Nationalized bank or at the university campus till 2 pm on all working days.
