Financial literacy awareness programme organised

BISHNUPUR, Aug 20: A one day Financial Literacy Awareness programme for fish farmers was held at Keibul Chingmei Bamon Leitong Mandap today.
The programme was organised under NABARD Financial Invesment Fund by the United Bank of India Moirang Branch.
MLA Thanga AC T Robindro Singh, UBI Moirang Branch Manager Yumlembam Sanalemba, Dy SP CDO BPR T Sanajaoba, Divisional Manager Atiyati Manipur Kangabam Joy Singh, Lead District Manager Bishnupur Yengkhom Ibochou Singh and others attended the event.
Speaking at the event, MLA T Robindro said that the programme will provide financial knowledge/loans available to fish farmers.
He urged the bank and farmers to develop cordial relationship for more growth and productivity.
