Normalcy 'returns' at ICFAI Tripura

Normalcy has returned in ICFAI University Tripura and the temporary rustication imposed on some students has been withdrawn, said the university today.
ICFAI University in a statement said that it has organised counselling meeting of the students/boarders with university authority and State Administration to maintain healthy environment.
Pro Vice Chancellor of the university Professor Biplab Halder held separate meeting with the hostel boarders as well as day scholars and advised them to keep peaceful environment of education in the varsity.
He also spoke over telephone with parents of the students of various States - Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Assam and Meghalaya and informed them of the return of normalcy in the varsity and also assured safety and security of the students, said the varsity. The varsity resumed regular classes from today, it said.
