IE 1st Division League: PRYA overwhelm Angtha FC 3-0, CSC beat SSC 2-1

IMPHAL, Sep 11 : PRYA, Khundrakpam prevailed 3-0 against Angtha FC while CSC, Chanung edged out SSC, Porompat 2-1 in the ongoing Moirangthem Ibobi Memorial First Division Football League organised by Imphal East District Football Association at NESU Ground, Khurai.
PRYA which have been enjoying a smooth campaign added yet another win to their tally today against Angtha FC as Malemnganba scored twice and L Jack netted a single after settling the first half into a goalless draw.
Malemnganba found the breakthrough in the 49th minute of the match before scoring the his second in the 69th minute as L Jack scored in between in the 53rd minute to ensure the huge win.
Meanwhile in the second match of the day, CSC held their nerves to beat SSC by 2-1 goals.
Th Abung handed CSC the 1-0 lead in the first half but Md Imtiyas helped SSC draw level in the 57th minute with a fine shot.
CSC however regained the lead with Paogumang's strike in the 74th minute before keeping SSC efforts to draw level at bay.
