Tbl 2nd Division League: NGL, EEO post similar 2-1 victories

IMPHAL, Sep 12 : NGL, Lourembam stretched their Group B winning run with a 2-1 win against HKKSA, Haokha while EEO, Lumding opened up their winning account with a similar win against PADSW, Langathel today in the ongoing 2nd Division League organised by District Football Association, Thoubal at Chaoyaima Higher Secondary School playground, Thoubal.
NGL, which opened up their Group campaign with a 2-0 win against PADSW, Langathel moved forward with comeback a 2-1 win against HKKSA with goals coming from L Thoithoiba and Sh Hitler  after P Roshan of HKSSA found the breakthrough in the 40th minute.
L Thoithoiba hit the equaliser in the 49th minute of the match before Sh Hitler completed the turnaround in the 58th minute.
The second match of the day had also a similar proceeding as S Ingocha helped PADSW take the lead in the 9th minute before Radhakanta (28') and Julison (43') scored to give EEO a 2-1 comeback win.
YDA, Tentha will meet FFC, Melaground in a Group A league match tomorrow.
