Kak Super Divn League: FC Lamjao overwhelm SWC-K 4-1

IMPHAL, Sep 14 : FC Lamjao eased to a 4-1 win against SWC, Keirak for second successive win at the 18th Ksh Leihao Memorial Super Division League 2019 being organised by DSA Kakching at it playground featuring a total of 5 teams in it.
T Premchand scored a goal each side of the break while Joykishan and Yaiphaba netted a goal each in the second half to set up the 4-1 victory for the Lamjao side today.
Both FC Lamjao and SWC, Keirak went neck to neck staging a series of runs but lack of precision and intensity held back the two sides from making the headway for the first 39 minutes. Rishiraj of SWC however made his effort count in the 40th minute and gave his team the lead but it was soon cancelled out by T Premchand during the additional time of first half (45+3').
The pace of the game really changed after the restart and it were FC Lamjao who were keeping the defence line of SWC busy weaving a series of attacks looking for the gap and their efforts paid dividend when Joykishan found the net in the 50th minute and turned the table in FC Lamjao's favour. FC Lamjao continued to press for more goals but SWC were able to contain them for a major portion of the second half before they lose ground yet again in the last ten minutes. T Premchand cashed in his second and the team's third in the 82nd minute before Yaiphaba drove home the last goal during the stoppage time (90+3').
