The sun lit everything around him
But, couldn't quite light his soul
Being around the bright smiles
Made him miserable .
And made a glass cut smile .
He was rejected by others
He was called weak and pathetic ,
By the smiley faces .
His heart was bleeding from the loneliness .
He did not want to admit his loneliness,
Did not want to admit his sadness.
Out of denial,
He destroyed everything around him.
Cried every night with his face on his pillow
Being alone was torture,
But, was free from a different kind of torment .
The hole of loneliness draged him down so deep ,
That he fell in love with the darkness .
He walked around the house at night and felt peaceful .
He sang to the shadows
With tears of resentment and happiness .
