Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur has notified all concerned that the last date of issue and submission for prescribed application form for obtaining eligibility certificate for admission in class XI, during the current session 2019-20, in the institutions under the Council has been extended to September 26 with a fine of Rs 700 in addition to the normal fee.
A notification issued by secretary, Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur stated that no student should be admitted in class XI by the Head of the institution without the eligibility certificate and cautioned that the head will bear the sole responsibility if students are admitted without the eligibility certificate within the stipulated time.
