MCYO to celebrate silver jubilee

IMPHAL, Jan 22 : Manipur Catholic Youth Organisation (MCYO) will be observing its silver jubilee from January 28 to 31 at Holy Redeemer Parish, Canchipur (Catholic School).
A press release issued by convenor of MCYO silver jubilee organising committee and MYCO director stated that MCYO is the apex body of Catholic Youth in Manipur with over 35,000 members. It stated that Chief Minister N Biren will grace th celebration as the chief guest while Most Rev Dominic Lumon, the Archbishop of Manipur will preside the ceremony. MCYO appealed to all the people including CSOs and State machineries to pray and support the event and to refrain from calling bandh/general strike during the four days ceremony.
