Monetary aid extended to VDF personnel

THOUBAL, Oct 27 : As a part of its continuous effort to assist distressed VDF personnel from Thoubal and Kakching, the Thoubal District VDF Welfare Association today assisted two VDF personnel from the association's welfare fund.
Personnel Ch Momocha Singh ( VDF No 1061) posted at Waikhong PS and Th Premkumar Singh, posted at Yairipok PS (VDF No 148) were respectively assisted with Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000 formally in the presence of Thoubal district SP, Dr S Ibomcha and VDF leaders.
The assistance was provided in wake of their medical need, said a statement of the Thoubal District VDF Welfare Association.
