Jan Andolan Rally taken out in Pallel

Kakching, Oct  29: Under the supervision of SP Kakching Victoria Yengkhom, personnel of Pallel Police Station and volunteers Social Development Organization (SDO) Pallel, Youth Volunteers Association (YVA) Pallel, Youth Development Organization (YDO) Pallel Thong Wangma and Pallel Bazaar Board Action Committee took out a rally at Pallel to spread awareness on COVID appropriate behaviour as part of Jan Andolan campaign.
SDPO Kakching, Sanglakpam Nandabapu Sharma; Pallel Police Station, OC Matumba Singh Heisnam; Pallel Bazaar Board Action Committee Vice president, Chingtham Brajamohon; secretary Takhellambam Bigyananda also took part in the rally.
The rally commenced from the campus of Social Development Organization, Pallel and passed through Pallel Bazar and several localities nearby.
A banner that encourages Covid appropriate behaviour such as wearing a face mask, maintaining a safe distance from others and regular washing of hands with soap or sanitizer was used in the rally.    
Before the rally, an awareness programme on Covid 19 appropriate behaviour was conducted at the office of Social Development Organization Pallel.
