ZRO conducts thanksgiving ceremony

CCpur, Oct 29: Against the backdrop of Ginsuanhau getting re-elected unopposed in Singngat AC, the Zomi Re-unification Organisation has on Wednesday organized a special thanksgiving ceremony under the theme 'one vision one political goal'.
The event was planned to acknowledge the people who have sweat and toil for the cause of Zomis and thank the Almighty for His guidance through thick and thin.
Quoting its president, secretary of ZRO’s MEA Ketheos Zomi said there are three very important pillars for the realization of Zomis political dream.
These three pillars he said are – the people, the organisation and the elected representatives. Without the three-pillar working in agreement it will be an arduous task to achieve anything substantial, he said even as he emphasized on the importance of elected representatives to suit the occasion.
He also credited the newly inducted Minister Vungzagin Valte for realizing the wish of the Zomis to have Zomi Nam Ni included in the State’s official holiday list, even as he also thanked Ginsuanhau for always being sincere to the people and the organization.
