The Lamlai Block Congress Committee has questioned how an MLA disqualified by the Speaker of the  Assembly is still staying in the Government quarters.
Ningthoujam Somendro, president of Lamlai Block Congress Committee said that the Ex MLA of Lamlai A/C Kshetri Biren has been disqualified by the Speaker as per the law. However he is still staying in the Government quarter till date. He questioned how the Government is approving the same.
He urged the authorities concerned and the Government to look into the matter at the earliest and take appropriate action.
