Territorial Army organises medical camp

IMPHAL, Nov 6 : A Medical Camp was organised by the Kulbung COB yesterday at Kulbung village in Churachandpur district.
Two army medical officers (Doctors) along with nursing assistants provided free medical support to 92 villagers (11 Male, 25 Female and 56 Children) during the medical camp, said PIB (DW) in a statement.
Kulbung village is remotely located and has no health care facility. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the villagers were reluctant in approaching doctors due to fear of contracting Covid-19 virus.
The medical team, while taking due care and protection against Covid was successful in extending medical support to the villagers.
The efforts of Territorial Army was highly appreciated and applauded by the villagers, the statement continued.
