New Delhi, Dec 31
After a long wait, students can finally breathe a sigh of relief. Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced that the CBSE Board exams will begin from May 4, while the board practical exams will begin from March 4. The exams will go on till June 10. The CBSE board exams 2021 results will be announced by July 15.
The Minister wished students all the best for their exam preparations and wished for a great new year ahead. He also appreciated the teachers and parents of the board exam students.
The CBSE board exam dates are usually announced by November in the previous year but there has been a big delay because of the Covid-19 pandemic situation and the resulting confusion this year.
The delay led to numerous speculations of whether the CBSE board exams 2021 would be cancelled or if a further syllabus reduction is on the cards after CBSE reduced the syllabus for class 10 and 12 students by 30% for the board exams 2021.
