Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to retain power, predict exit polls

NEW DELHI, Feb 8: Exit polls have predicted that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will retain power with a comfortable majority.
Times Now-Ipsos predicted 44 seats for AAP and 26 for the BJP. The poll also put the AAP's vote share at 51%, with the BJP getting 40.5%, the Congress 6% and others 2.5%.
News X-Neta predicted 53-57 seats for AAP, 11-17 for the BJP and 0-2 for the Congress.
Republic TV-Jan Ki Baat gave the AAP 48-61 seats, the BJP 9-21 and the Congress 0-1.
According to the ABP News-C Voter poll, the AAP will get 49-63 seats, the BJP 5-19 and the Congress 0-4.
In the 2015 assembly polls, the AAP won 67 seats while the BJP won three and Congress drew blank.
Subsequently, the AAP lost one seat to the BJP in a bypoll. Six of its legislators were also disqualified after joining other parties.  Courtesy The New Indian Express
