Inter GC/Bn CRPF Basketball tournament concludes

As a part of the continuous effort to conduct various sporting activities in the campus, Group Centre CRPF had successfully hosted Inter GC/ Bn Basketball Tournament 2020 for CRPF Bns and Group Centres operating in Manipur and Nagaland Sector.
The closing ceremony of the tournament participated by Group Centre Imphal, 32 Bn, 69 Bn, 78 Bn, 86 Bn, 87 Bn, 109 Bn, 143 Bn and 173 Bn was held yesterday at GC CRPF, Langjing Imphal.
78 Bn CRPF emerged champions of the tournament while 86 Bn finished runners up, said a press statement issued by GC CRPF, Imphal.
I Lokendra Singh, DIGP, CRPF, GC Imphal graced the closing ceremony of the tournament as chief guest in the presence of Dinesh, Commandant, GC CRPF Imphal, other senior officers, SO's and Jawans besides distributing trophies and medals to the winners and runners up, the statement said. The chief guest also congratulated every participants for making the tournament a grand success while lauding 78 Bn on winning the tournament and displaying a very professional manner. He also wished 78 Bn to do well at the Inter Force Level events like All India Police Meet and other National events.
