2995 aided

Shillong, Apr 21: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma informed on Tuesday that till date, a total of 2995 people stranded outside the State have been given one time financial assistance of Rs 3000 each under the Chief Minister’s Special Grant for Stranded People, reports NNN.  
Recently, he had informed that a total of 10,287 people from the State who are stranded in various parts of the country have registered for the special grant.
