COVID-19 cases cross 78,0
NEW DELHI, May 14
 Covid-19 cases in India have crossed the 78,000-mark today and death toll due to COVID-19 is over 2500.
So far, there are 49,219 coronavirus active cases in the country. While 26,234 coronavirus positive patients have been cured or discharged, one has migrated, as per details shared by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
As many as 2,549 patients have died. Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address to the Nation on Tuesday had said that the lockdown will be extended beyond May 17 but in a new form. Lockdown 4 guidelines will soon be issued. Search for coronavirus COVID 19 vaccine is on and clinical trials have been going on in India and around the world. Coronavirous cases in the world have gone past 43.45 lakh and COVID-19 related death tally is nearing 3 lakh mark, as per date shared by Johns Hopkins University Coronavirus Resource Center.
