Containment order withdrawn

CCpur, May 29: The District Magistrate Chuachandpur has withdrawn the containment order of three locations issued earlier as all inmates within the containment area have tested negative and there has been no report of new cases.
An order revoking the containment order issued earlier for Mini-Secretariat Building, Block A Tuibong; NIELIT QC, Tuibong; Youth Hostel, Hiangtam Lamka came tonight but maintained that all other restrictions imposed in the district as a measure to control Covid-19; National Directive of Covid-19 and other SOPs including wearing face masks and social distancing should continue to be strictly followed.
Besides the order directed the CEO ADC Churachandpur to properly disinfect the three buildings with sodium hypochlorite.
