Inter-club transfer from June 20 to 30 : IWDFA

IMPHAL, May 30
Imphal West District Football Association (IWDFA) has informed all that inter club transfer/ loan of players for the clubs of Imphal West district will be  conducted from June 20 to 30 from 10  an to 1 pm.
IWDFA, in a memorandum, said that players seeking transfer should be physically present at the time of filing application forms along with one passport size photograph while adding that transfer or loan fee is Rs 2,500.
All payments should be made by a Bank Draft/ Bankers Cheque of a Scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Imphal West District Football Association.
Clubs shall initiate transfer or loan through Centralize Registration System (CRS) just after completion of formalities  at IWDFA during June 20 to 30 from 10 am to 1 pm it said while adding that no objection certificate (NOC) from the former club (s) and a contract paper to be signed between the player (s) and the engaging club (s) will be required at the time of applying for transfer or loan through CRS.
For on loan transfer, contract paper should be signed amongst the player (s), former club (s) and the engaging club (s) it continues.
If the former club (s) denies to issue NOC, player (s) shall submit a written application to IWDFA describing the reasons for not issuing NOC. In the meantime, IWDFA has informed its all affiliated units to clear their annual renewal fee on or before June 15. As per the notification, annual renewal fee is Rs 3,000 while new affiliation can be done to the association with the payment of Rs 10,000.
