Love is a ‘will’ not a ‘consequence.’ Love is respect, love is loving the way you love the person. Someone once told me, ‘love yourself for that’s very important.’ It’s not as easy as it sounds but not as weak as it seems. Have you ever loved someone so much that you break what’s right? How you ever ran in the washroom just to talk to the person on phone even if it’s the middle of the night? Love is strength, love is what makes you feel right. But most importantly love is growing together. Coming to growth and success, I will break it to some stages for you. Love is work, for life is love.
Ever felt like giving up? That’s so self-explanatory – yes, everyone does, that’s how the levels of the labourers are created. The one who gives up the fastest gets the front desk jobs like gate-keeper (no disrespect to any jobs). The one who hangs on stays on top of the labour chain. Without taking you further away with my drama, would you like to know what success is? Of-course because that’s what every being hunts for. There are few level or stages that leads to the very victory called ‘Success,’ let me flash them out today.
Wow stage: this is the cosmos where the embryo gets an idea of wanting to do something for the rest of his life but have less anti-bodies, so it gets killed by the outer atmosphere. The times when you yelled, “papa, I want to be a singer,” and dad went, “before I lose my temper, just go and read biology.”
Dream war one: this very strata is the zone where you stop trying from outside yet you keep holding on from inside. After your father have stopped you from singing, you bribed him by promising great mark in the future if he buys you a guitar, negotiating to carry on singing as your hobby. People stuck in this stage are hard to come out, as their dreams are jailed by the term called, “Hobby.”
Dream war two: after you realized that hobbies are passions and can be molded to profession, you land in this zone. This is when you start looking for subjects or courses, that will help your passion and your dream but again you meet your new enemies call, “Friendly neighbours.” “Oh! You know! His son gave up engineering for singing, what a fool?” that’s when you quit trying and start smoking by telling everyone that you once were in love with guitar.
Who cares: this is the powerful stage where you no longer give a damn about the voices except yours and you carry on with your path. This is the stage where you found that, you were not the only one who gives a damn about others say. You call yourself ‘man walking in a unique path’ but now all the unique pathfinders meet. The tough competition starts, many give up in this stage thinking they are low or regret thinking they have travelled in a wrong path.
I CAN: this stage is the time when your heart gets stubborn, and keeps saying, “one more time.” You forgot giving up, you now have fame and is known by the people but unluckily starts thinking your success depends on public’s feedback. Your fame and happiness lies on your fans. Many can’t handle this stage so they sometimes have huge emotional breakdown.
Moment of truth: this very galaxy is where you start focusing on controlling your happiness and tries to love yourself. The stage where you do what you do coz you love to do what you do. But hardly works as you start losing fans and fame which stops giving you more opportunity to do what you do.
Will modify: this is the blanket where you start changing your perspective from just yours to the crowd, you start improving in the way the crowd wants. You start controlling your fans, you start creating divide and rule game. You start working for certain group which creates antis.
Growth of talent: this is the time when you focus on your gift not for the gifts from the crowd. You start growing, then you reach the dream you want but now you find, you still have more heights to climb, more goals to capture, more happiness to earn. This the point you realise, your success was not a destination, your success was over just after the party, your success was just a wind.
Try and tell me where you are and in which stage you are stuck at. Success is not a destination but a lesson, a lesson that teaches you to create the hunger to learn. People sometimes misunderstood success as destination but it’s a feeling, that happiness which drives you towards your dream. If you are looking for destination, you will only land up somewhere which seems to be near it. Success is a lesson, a feeling that you can earn every-day. So be successful first out of your willingness to be grateful.
