DIMAPUR, Jul 28 : Nagaland recorded a huge spike of COVID-19 on Tuesday with the detection of 75 fresh cases, reports NNN. This is the second highest number of cases of COVID-19. The State reported 90 cases on July 23.
According to Nagaland Health Minister Pangnyu Phom, 75 new cases of COVID-19 have been detected out of 450 test results received. Out of these fresh cases, Kohima reported 51 cases, Phek district reported 10 cases, Wokha district reported 7 cases, and 3 each in Mon district and Dimapur and 1 in Tuensang.
With this update, the COVID-19 tally of Nagaland stands at 1460.
