IMPHAL, Sep 20
The All Manipur Hill Districts MGNREGS Employees' Association (AMHDMEA), in continuation of their agitation which started on September 16, has resolved to intensify the agitation from September 25 if the Government fails to address their grievances, it said in a statement. The decision was taken in a meeting held today.
The members of the association urged the Government to take up due action and to regularise the MGNREGS employees of the hill districts like their counterparts in the valley.
The Association has asked the Government to bring about a solution at the earliest.
