Shot dead

CCpur, Jan 13: A 33-year-old man was found shot dead at New Lamka's Kanan Veng, yesterday, reports our correspondent.
Sources said that two youths reportedly entered the house of the deceased.
His corpse was found reportedly in a bedroom.
As only minor kids were present at the time of the incident, what transpired inside the house is not yet known.
The local police who took up the case sought help from their forensic counterparts in Imphal before removing the body.
No outsiders were allowed to enter the house until the forensic team arrived and hence the identity of the deceased was established as Jimmy Thangsonlal, son of JK Suan of Bungmual only in the late night.
The body which reportedly bore a bullet injury and was soaked in blood was taken to Imphal for an autopsy and was later handed over to the family, today.
