It doesn't matter which plant you keep indoors but you have to keep the plants healthy to clean the air with the plants otherwise biological exposure can occur in the house.
There is also pollution from the chemicals you use to clean your home
3. Decorate the house in a green way
Harmful chemicals are also released into the air whenever you use artificial fragrances.
Many home cleaning chemicals can release formaldehyde into the air, which can lead to cancer.
What to do then?
So don't use deodorants, carpet cleaners or air fresheners.  According to R. Suresh, baking soda or lemon can be used
4. Smoking at home - never
Smoking is already harmful to health so never smoke at home.  Accumulation of smoke in the house can adversely affect the air quality of the house.
Even people who do not smoke may suffer from serious illnesses.  Children are most at risk.
5. Avoid allergens
Dust mites increase the risk of disease.  If you have a respiratory illness or fever, you may be bothered by dust.
Excessive dust in the air can lead to lung infections and weaken the body's ability to fight disease.
