Ukhrul ADC staff bid farewell to Polly Makan

Ukhrul, Oct 18: The staff of Ukhrul ADC on Monday organised a farewell programme for the outgoing CEO, Polly Makan at the UADC Office complex, Phungreitang, Ukhrul.
During the event, the Department heads of Ukhrul ADC expressed their appreciation to the  outgoing CEO for reviving the ADC through digitized transformation of the District Council office  for efficient office management system and enhanced public service.
They mentioned that Polly Makan is among the few officers, who was willing to listen to the grievance and plights of the people with humility while adding that immense infrastructure development, school upgradation and implementation of staff pension was carried out during her tenure.
Meanwhile, the 2019 Die-in Harness appointees also presented a special gift to Polly Makan as a mark of their appreciation.
Speaking on the occasion, Polly Makan expressed her gratitude to the people and urged them to approach her for any help while assuring all possible assistance.
"Good bye is not the End", said Polly Makan while stating that she had a wonderful time and made good memories with the people.
Polly Makan further appealed to the people and staff to provide their support and cooperation to the incoming officer.
