17th MYC Inter Unit football tournament gets underway

MOREH, Oct 20 : The 17th Moreh Youth Club (MYC) Inter Unit football tournament got underway today at Galngam Lentol playground.
The opening ceremony of the tournament organised by the Moreh Youth Club was attended by HTC Moreh president Jangmang haokip; MYC advisor, Mangcha Thouthang; HTC Unit 4 chairman, Goukhai Zou; Unit 5 chairman, Laltanpuia Vaiphei; Unit 6 chairman, Henjang Haokip; MYC president, Phillip K Khongsai among others as dignitaries.
The tournament was kicked off with an exhibition match between FC Galngam and URC team.
Later, MYC Unit 4 took on MYC Unit 1 in the opening match.
