Candidates protest

IMPHAL, Oct 23 : Candidates of 10th and 11th IRB recruitment tried to storm the CM bungalow today at around 1 pm demanding declaration of result of the recruitment of 2019.
The candidates were however stopped in front of TG Higher Secondary School by the police.
One of the candidates said despite numerous assurance by the Government, they have not fulfilled their promise. He added that they had also taken appointments to meet the Chief Minister 16 times but have been unable to meet the CM till now.
The candidates appealed to the Government to declare the result before the Election Code of Conduct comes into effect.
